Alignz Recruitment was Founded

After experiencing and seeing the struggles of low to medium income workers, Alignz Recruitment was founded in 2002 with the genuine desire to better our community by providing stable career opportunities and sustainable income for families around our local area, as well as providing cost-effective solutions for businesses.

With a combined 20 years recruitment experience across Waikato, Auckland and Bay of Plenty; Alignz Recruitment has been providing staffing solutions and servicing some of New Zealand’s largest companies for over 15 years.
